DIANA 'DIANE' OUTLAW

DIANA 'DIANE' OUTLAW of Milton, De  transitioned from labor to reward on Thursday, February 22, 2018 at Beebe  Medical  Center, Lewes, DE.  Born on November 11, 1959 at Beebe Medical Center, she was the daughter of Mrs. Queenie V.  Morris Lewis of Milton and the late Mr. Robert James Outlaw.

She was employed by the Salvation Army Developmental Disabilities Program, Millsboro and was a participant in the Delaware Special Olympics Programs.  Diane was formerly affiliated with the Kent-Sussex Industries (KSI) and Easter Seals Program. 

Diane accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age.  She was a member of Christ's Church, Harbeson DE where she served faithfully until her recent illness.

In addition to her mother, Diane is survived by her loving and devoted family: brother, Isacce  Morris, Dover; sister, Betty Trammell, Milton; stepfather, Joseph Lewis, Milton; sister-in-love, Barbara Banks, Magnolia; brother-in-love, Owen Lans, Milton; niece, Brittany Trammell, Milton (Mikkail Stephens), and nephews: Leon Johnson (Kyla) Orlando, FL; and Derrick Morris (Latasha) Wilmington, DE.  She is also survived by five great nieces, two great nephews; and two uncles, McKinley Outlaw and Alfonza Outlaw (Alice), Machipongo, VA.

The Celebration of Diane's Life will be held at Noon on Friday March 2, 2018 at Conley's United Methodist Church, 33106  Jolyns Way, Lewes, DE 19958.  Viewing will take place from 10am to Noon at the church.  Internment will be in Friendship Cemetery, 500 W 4th St, Lewes immediately following the funeral.
