JANET  CONSTELLA  HARMON,  age 83 of Millsboro died at home Saturday July 15, 2017  surrounded by family members after a lengthy illness.  Janet was born August 24, 1933 to Edward & Jeanette Johnson Harmon in Millsboro.  Janet worked in Philadelphia as a dressmaker and interior decorator.  Janet attended Harmony UM Church, and was a member of the Nanticoke Indian Association.
