I am sorry to learn of your family loss. The passing of a love one is painful. You have my deepest sympathy. I'd like to offer scripture that may bring your family comfort and hope.
1Thes. 4;13, 14 reads...Moreover brothers, we do not want you to be ignorant about those who are sleeping in death, so that you may not sorrow as the rest do who have no hope. For if we have faith that Jesus died and rose again, so too God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep in death through Jesus.
John 11:25 lets us know this...Jesus said to her: I am the resurrection and the life. The one who exercises faith in me even though he dies will come to life.
Daniel 2:11 also lets us know...And many of those asleep in the dust of the earth will wake up, some to everlasting life..........
John 6;40 tells us why these words are faithful and true...For this is the will of my Father, that everyone who recognizes the Son and exercises faith in him should have everlasting life and I will resurrect him on the last day.
I sincerely hope these scriptures bring your family comfort and hope.

My sincere sympathy to the family and friends of Obby. I went to school with him and remember his popularity and his presence, he was always kind to me and always had a smile, he was so well loved. I lost touch and hadn't seen him for years. I ran into him months ago in the Giant grocery store, he remembered me by name and gave me one of his big Obby smiles and a hug that was so warm and welcoming. He told me that he was doing well and I walked away that day with a smile in my heart. I wish you all peace in your hearts and loving memories to help heal you in the days and weeks ahead. Thinking of you Terry
