ROBIN MARIE HICKS, age 47 of Milton died Jan 12, 2017 at Seasons Hospice in Wilmington, De after a lengthy illness.  Robin was born Feb 2, 1969 in Wilmington to the late Janet M. Anderson & Ronald Stevenson. Robin's mother died three days before her daughter on Jan 9, 2017.  Robin started her working career with the Vice -President's family, the Biden's in Wilmington.  Her other jobs included Perdue , Sea Watch, and Mc Donalds.
